Stems Flower Studio began with a simple belief:
beauty can heal, and flowers carry quiet magic.

After a pause for recovery, we return with a symbol that has followed us from the beginning – the flamingo.

In shifting wetlands, a flamingo stands tall on one leg, finding balance in motion and grace in uncertainty.

Its soft pink presence became the heart of our logo, and now, the heart of our studio’s new chapter.

Led by Y-A, an experienced florist who embraces mindful, minimal-waste living, Stems creates floral designs that feel modern, gentle, and deeply intentional.
Each bouquet is crafted with fresh, high-quality flowers sourced from local growers and designed to hold meaning—not just beauty.

At Stems, we aim to bring you:

Public Holidays

We are closed on all Public Holidays.
If you place an order for a public holiday, we will contact you to offer a refund or arrange delivery on the next business day.

GST (Goods & Services Tax)

All prices include GST for orders placed within New Zealand.

Delivery

Please ensure all delivery details are correct—this helps your blooms reach their destination smoothly (just like a flamingo landing gracefully!).

Same-Day Delivery

To guarantee same-day delivery, please place your order by:

Monday – Friday

North Shore: Orders must be placed before 1PM NZT.

CBD business & Auckland-wide residential: Orders must be placed before 10 AM NZT.

Residential deliveries are made in the afternoon only.

Timed deliveries or re-deliveries incur extra charges. While we cannot guarantee exact times, we will always do our best.

Limited areas only for AM delivery please contact us first.

Business deliveries take priority.

CBD business delivery available, but not for greater Auckland business addresses.

Special couriers or timed requests incur additional fees.


Saturday

Afternoon delivery service only.

North Shore: Order before 10 AM NZT.

Auckland-wide residential: Order before 9 AM NZT.

No business, special courier, or timed delivery services on Saturdays.


Sunday & Statutory Holidays

Closed (no deliveries available).


If it’s after 10 AM and you really need same-day flowers, give us a quick call

Delivery Conditions

All flowers and gifts are delivered with great care.

Delivery charges vary by suburb and will be added prior to checkout.

If the recipient is not home, we will leave the product in a safe, weather-protected spot.

If access is blocked (locked gate, protective pets, etc.) or the delivery address is incorrect, we may need to return the product to our store. Re-delivery fees may apply.

If incorrect address details are provided and you choose a refund instead of re-delivery, a 75% refund of the flower cost will be issued. Delivery fees are non-refundable.

If your address is newly built or tricky to find, please provide clear instructions—we rely on Google Maps!

Delivery is available Monday to Saturday only.

If delivery to an outer suburb is unavailable on your selected day, we will contact you promptly and issue a refund if needed.
